Dr. Ridenour was born and raised in Elkhart, IN, and returned to the Michiana area in 2009 to serve patients in her community. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree at Ball State University in Speech Pathology and Audiology, she received her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Western Michigan University. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
Dr. Ridenour was drawn to field of audiology because of the direct impact hearing healthcare can have on a person’s quality of life. She strives to make long-lasting personal relationships with each of her patients and works diligently to provide the best quality of service.
Cydni is our Patient Care Coordinator. She was born and raised in Niles, Mi where she still resides with her husband and four daughters. She has been with our office for five years and loves working with our patients. Along with handling all insurance claims and questions, Cydni has been trained to clean and repair hearing aids and assist patients with trouble-shooting any problems and/or questions patients may encounter.
Cydni is very involved in the community through her children’s activities. She currently serves on the board of the local girls softball league, is a member of the Niles Athletic Boosters club, and serves as a team mom for the Niles Elite Competitive cheerleading teams. Along with her husband she co-coaches a 10u Niles Nitro travel softball team.
